Office of the Governor
The Executive Office of the Governor is led by the Chief of Staff, who reports directly to the Governor of the State of Mayflower. The Chief of Staff is the principal administrative officer of the Executive Office and bears primary responsibility for advancing the Governor's mission and ensuring that the Governor's administration effectively executes the Governor's agenda.
Executive Office
The Office of the Governor serves as the central administrative office for the Governor of the State of Mayflower. It supports the Governor in the execution of executive authority, coordination of state departments, oversight of policy priorities, and communication with public officials, agencies, and the citizens of Mayflower.
The Executive Office is responsible for maintaining effective communication between the Governor, senior staff, cabinet departments, and other public institutions. Its role is both administrative and strategic, ensuring that executive initiatives are organized, reviewed, and carried out in a consistent manner.
The Office may assist with public statements, official appointments, interdepartmental coordination, emergency response planning, and administrative review of major government initiatives.

Public Communications
The Office of the Governor may issue public statements, official notices, executive memoranda, and administrative announcements on behalf of the Governor. These communications provide updates on government priorities, public safety matters, state initiatives, appointments, and other matters of public interest.
Official releases from the Executive Office should be treated as authoritative communications from the Governor's administration unless otherwise stated.
